Two Marion residents were indicted on meth charges on Tuesday.
Acting US Attorney James Porter’s office announced that 34-year old Blake Gordon and 39-year old Shara Peyton were both charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of meth.
Peyton has remained in custody and will face a detention hearing later today.
Gordon is being held without bond.
Both could face anywhere between 5 and 40 years in prison, including a $5 million fine, and four years of supervised release.
