JACKSON CO- A one-vehicle crash has left one man dead and one seriously injured.

The accident occurred around 5 P.M. yesterday on Neunert Road near East Jacob Road near the rural Jacob, Illinois.

Investigators revealed the car failed to follow a curve in the road which caused the car to go off the road and lose control before overturning.

The two passengers, 30 year-old Brad Taylor and 52 year-old Bruce Ticer of Gorham, were ejected from the vehicle.

Ticer was airlifted to a St. Louis hospital for further treatment. Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing by a Jackson Conuty Sheriff’s Office Accident Reconstructionist.
