Charges have been filed against a teenager who police say failed to stop his car when he drove through a yard, hit a tree and then crashed into a mobile home in rural Franklin County.

17 year old Clay Kelley  has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence.

Reports state he has been released from jail after posting a $20,000 bond.

The wreck occurred on Saturday night near Benton.  Kelley and two other passengers fled the scene while 17 year old Isiah Snowden was left dead in the vehicle.

One of the passengers who fled is identified as David Young of McLeansboro, and the identity of the other has not been released.
