A Carbondale man is behind bars after allegedly threatening people with a gun.

34-year old Antone Rayford is accused of threatening people with a gun in the 700 block of S. Poplar St. Carbondale Police received a report of Rayford’s alleged actions and he was arrested without incident just after 8 pm Tuesday night.

Rayford is incarcerated in the Jackson County Jail. He is charged with unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, aggravated assault, and disorderly conduct.
