At least one person is injured after a multi-car crash yesterday in Randolph County.

According to the IL State Police, 27-year old Michael Stephens of Willisville was driving his semi-truck on IL Rt. 150 when a truck was being driven in front of him by 63-year old Irvin Otte of St. Mary, MO slowed down to turn into a private road. Stephens’ truck hit Otte’s truck in the rear.

Injuries to either person were not specified. Michael Stephens was cited for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
