Screen Shot 2014-05-21 at 11.27.19 AMTwo Williamson County men are behind bars after drugs and weapons were found during a traffic stop.

26-year old Jeremy Spivey of Herrin was stopped by an Energy Police Officer for speeding. Officers found more than 23 grams of cannabis, more than $5,000 in cash, and a loaded handgun that had been reported as stolen. Spivey was charged with possession of a stolen firearm, delivery of cannabis, violation of bail bond, and other charges.

27-year old David Wyatt of Marion was the passenger of the vehicle. Wyatt was arrested and charged with delivery of cannabis, violation of bail bond, and possession of a stolen firearm.

Both were incarcerated in the Williamson County Jail.
