Two of the three suspects arrested are seeing charges for the robbery of a Hardee’s restaurant in Murphysboro on Wednesday.

Perry Hines and Mykael Huddleston, both from Chicago, were charged with two counts of theft greater than 500 dollars but less than 10 thousand dollars.

Perry Hines received another charge of aggravated fleeing and eluding, and speeding more than 35 miles per hour over the speed limit. His bond was set at one hundred thousand dollars.

Pershawn Hines, who was arrested alongside Perry Hines and Mykael Huddleston was not charged in the incident.
