JONESBORO, Ill. (AP) — A grand jury in Union County has accused a Marion man of sexually attacking a child.
An indictment charges 48-year-old Bradley Wyant with four counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, as well as three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, according to reports.
The charges relate to a child younger than 13 years old.
Wyant was arrested in October after an investigation by Union County deputies.
He still was jailed Monday in Jackson County on $500,000 bond and is scheduled for a hearing Jan. 20 in Jonesboro.
