A man is behind bars after escaping from a Marion halfway house, and fleeing to Western Kentucky.
33-year old Larico Gaddie, a federal inmate, was serving a prison sentence on charges of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
Inmates who are in halfway houses are allowed to be in the community for approved activities, but are required to return to the premises.
Investigators were able to locate Gaddie and his girlfriend, Tessa Cutrer, at a residence in McCracken County, Kentucky. Both Gaddie and Cutrer were arrested shortly thereafter.
Gaddie remains in custody.
