No charges will be filed in the case of the death of Molly Young.

The Office of the State’s Attorneys Appellate Prosecution published a report saying that an indictment will not be sought, but the case is to remain open.

A coroner’s inquest in January of 2013 could not determine the cause of Young’s death.

Anyone with information about the case can still come forward.

Molly Young’s father is upset that the family was not notified before the report became public.
