Murphysboro, Ill. – A man is accused of passing out inside his car while a child was inside.

20-year-old Travis Clark of Murphysboro was arrested around 10 a.m. Friday.

Police say an off-duty Jackson County sheriff’s deputy reported the man at the intersection of South 8th Street and Mulberry Street.

Police say a two-year-old was inside the car at the time. Clark faces charges of driving under the influence of drugs, child endangerment and marijuana possession.
