Around 6 pm on Saturday evening, Murphysboro police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of 20th St. and Shomaker Drive.
Police determined that 20 year old Gasper Rigoberdo Domingo-Cardona of Gorham was the driver at fault, and upon further investigation, it was found that Cardona did not have a valid driver’s license.
Cardona was subsequently arrested and taken to the Jackson County Jail. Cardona was able to post bond, and was released without further incident.
