Gov. Pat Quinn yesterday announced an investment of more than $24 million for an improvement project at the intersection of IL Rt. 13 and Wolf Creek Road near Crainville.
The project, said to be funded by Quinn’s Illinois Jobs Now! construction program, and will allow for a full-access diamond interchange, and will include four new ramps and a new bridge to carry Wolf Creek Road over Route 13.
The work will also add additional lanes, widening of already existing lanes, new frontage roads, and improvements to existing roads.
